At last i had been revealed by the truth of diet rules after reading few books about that.According to my previous post which stating about Atkins and Food Diet, I found the answer for my confusion.
it really does so.Let me reveal the truth of Diet itself.



ATKINS DIET
high in protein based diet. It is good for whom who undergoes chemotherapy session, or traumatic victim. too much intake of protein may lead to the kidney failure due to the accumulation of fat in the body. most of the person who tried Atkins often resulted as failure, thus impractical. it is not advisable for whom who wants to lose weight.


LOW- CARBS DIET
Another diet that is not good for the kidney. Only focusing on the protein and vegetables based will force glucose to worked it, thus leading to imbalance diet practice. it is not recommended to try routine in losing your weight.

HERE COME THE BEST DIETS EVER IN LOSING WEIGHT

1.HI FIBRE DIET
sources: oat, cereals, grain.
try add up value by put on some more vegetables and fruits with your fiber.
orange, berry, dates is the best source of fruits. light it up with some honey. HOWEVER, don`t over consume your fiber. its may lead to constipation then.

2. MEDITERRANEAN DIET
more acid consumption is the trademark of this diet. it is good for the protein and fiber sources.The principal aspects of this diet include high olive oil consumption, high consumption of legumes, high consumption of unrefined cereals, high consumption of fruits, high consumption of vegetables, moderate consumption of dairy products (mostly as cheese and yogurt), moderate consumption of fish, and low consumption of meat and meat products.

It replaces "bad carbs" and "bad fats" with "good carbs" and "good fats."

To be healthy is better than being skinny.
It is a good reminder to me myself too.
